How do I add someone to my Hotlist?
Once you've found someone you're interested in, it's easy to add them to your Hotlist. Start by viewing their profile. You can access their profile by clicking on their name, for example from a search list or in the forums. The first page of a profile is the "User Overview" page.

Once on the Overview page, click the "Hotlist: Add" link.

It's that simple!
