What should I do if I haven't received my Cancellation Confirmation?
If you have not received a confirmation of your membership cancellation notice by email within 24 hours of submitting the Cancellation Form, please contact support at support@bondage.com.

In that email, please include your username, subscription number, name on the credit card you used to sign up, and the transaction number.

In the subject line of the email, please state that this is a cancellation request.
