If you have signed up for a Premium Membership, but don't believe you have full Premium access to the website, first try clearing your cookies by using the small x close to the top right hand of the site, and re-logging back in. If you are still experiencing problems after that, please contact support by sending an email to: support@bondage.com. In that email, please include your login name, subscription number, name on the credit card you used to sign up, and the transaction number. Please also include a description of the problems you are having, ie. can't access Adult User Pics, File Sets, etc.
