We had a large walk-in closet that had a deadbolt lock that takes a key to open from both sides and a pipe coming out of the floor in the rear corner. The closet also doesn't have a window, so absolutely no light gets in. It is pitch black.

I set the timer to come on for 1 minute each hour for 7 hours and placed it outside the closet. I ran the light inside the closet. There will be no way to turn the light on after I'm locked inside. I set the timer so the light would stay on for 20 minutes, then it will be lights out!

I cleared everything off the floor so I'd have plenty of room. I laid a blanket down and took the keys to the locks off of the key chain. There was one key I intentionally left in the bedroom, the key to the leg shackles. I shackled my ankles, chain...
