Real BDSM Village

I am Realestate Developer in Croatia - an European country with about 1200 islands where not even a mere 5 % are inhabited. I play with the idea to create a real BDSM village where people with similar interests can buy a property and then live the BDSM lifestyle openly. Nobody mind that you have a slave at home but where can you keep your slave on a leash and drag her/him naked through the village. That is a project what needs to be carefully planned, but be assured it is possible and actually for me it would be a dream to live in such a village where I can be a sexual sadist and do not need to hide it.
