As for urine and complexion, there have been many an old southern lady with perfect skin who splashed pee on their face every morning. Urine therapy is also found in some native american cultures, aryveda and homeopathy. IIt makes sense... glycolic acid clears skin, AHA clears skin, lactic acid clears skin... so why wouldn't urine have an affect... now the iffy version of urine therapy is whether drinking has any effect.
