This guy has no experience or he would realize that he isn't going to care 90% of the time, and that heels will be a lot hotter the other 10% of the time if they aren't manditory when not required. I occasionally consider some 'nice' flats but then go to look and I want to cry for the sad ugly shoes with no heel that I don't know how to walk in. I accept that I am a freak. I also want to travel to the US to paw over arayofsunshines shoes. I have shoes I have never worn that I bought because they were beautiful. I also have Dr Martin boots that I don't wear anymore though am trying to kink them up again in my perverted brain. Inside the house though you will find me barefoot or in fluffy slippers. Unless I am playing dress ups or getting the feel for new shoes. For me the alarm bells are not about the shoes though they are about the absoluteness of his demand and the no negotiation aspect of something that he has clearly not thought through. I can be found wearing a thick and wide army style boot with a sizable heel during those few times I wear a pair of jeans.
