Don't worry, even if your son can't read we have operatives who read the rules, regulations, tips, and tricks for driving parents insane to all children of the appropriate age. Lately we've taken to using bed-bugs in this capacity, since they tend to escape notice and are actually quite literate. We had to quit using bodgeymen for this, since they tended to frighten children, not to mention the fact that they liked to kick at the monsters under the beds, leading to a sharp increase in the number of grouchy under-the-bed-monsters. We briefly thought about enlisting the help of the priesthood, but decided against it. After all, we fired the bogeymen for scaring the kids... Hmm best not go there, might offend someone. Enough of that little corner of insanity. Besides, my cats are reading this and I think they're sending it back to their mothership. But, honestly, I never have and probably never will use that line when dealing with my mother. Perhaps it's unique to children with sadists for mothers. My mother would just shake her head and tell me to go jump off a bridge. Now if spanking had some sexual signifigance... Kids can tell when they hit a nerve and that moment where your brain processes spanking your kid, especially that moment when your mind remembers the last time you spanked someone... I bet your son does it because he can tell it hits a nerve. Well, now that I've traumatized every sadist that reads this that has ever spanked their child I shall return to the shadows whence I came. MsAngelFire: Shifty...that scared me, because you just quoted my son, verbatim, with that "spank me mommy" stuff....is it hardwired in some???? biting the fingernails.... Love your mom! But regarding the secretary... Can she type a letter, answer the phone, pour your coffee, and bring it to you with her arms attached to a spreader bar? Now THAT is the mark of a good secretary! (I know...they said so in a movie) Even if she can't, forwarding your mother's calls to you is a pretty darn good start! Please forward our undying gratitude to her for a job well-done!! And hey! Congratulations on beginning to talk to your mom about this stuff!!! Kirky's growing up!!
