All the time works for me. Now the other day I was wearing sneakers for exercise. Yes, I did say I found his lack of flexibility to be undoable for me. Anyway, my foot got caught in a hole, I tripped, fell on my face and tore a ligament in my ankle. While wearing sneakers. Shit happens. The women I know who have had knee replacements didn't wear heels. Shit happens. We get older and stuff falls apart. Anyway, on with my story. Now I am in flats for several weeks. Reality. I do live in the real world. And with someone who is flexible and realistic. And yes spending money on good quality well-constructed shoes does help a great deal. Well constructed stilettos are an engineering wonder. | |

Maybe he wanted to know whether you were willing to submit to something (seemingly small) that you felt uncomfortable about purely to please him. For all you know he may have had you barefoot when the time came but he still wanted to see what your reaction would be. You say "seemingly small", but demanding that an admittedly 54 year old woman wear high heels virtually 24/7 is NOT small. It shows an ignorance of what long-term wearing of high heels can do. Anyone who would agree to such a demand is basically putting her health at risk. Which also makes him dangerous. Both red flags to me. Especially if it was a "test". That kind of shit to me is worse than the shoes. Third red flag. I see the guy as someone who is all fantasy and little fact. If he does find someone who would put up with his crap, I hope she has good insurance and a damned good podiatrist. She'll need them. I totally agree with you. I would think seemingly small because in his warped mind, it may have looked small to him. I can't speak for the anyone, I think if he was serious, he is an ass. And I have met many dom types that have told me, it means more to them to know their submissives will do as they ask, & that sometimes to them, that is enough & they may, in fact, never expect her to do what they said they would. Unfortunately, there are many who call themselves Dominants that will try to act self-centered & demanding, because they think that is how they are supposed to act. Maybe the ops dom in question is like that. We don't know, because we don't know him. But I totally agree that if he is serious, he is an ass, & she would be well advised to run from him & never look back.

I realize this thread is about the role of a cyber dom forcing a shoe behavior, and not so much about the footwear itself. Nevertheless, I just wanted to make the point that there are folks who seem to enjoy extreme foot wear and who suffer no ill effects. She was about 5-10 and 140 lbs so perhaps the strain from too much weight was not an issue. I don't think there are too many of us that are saying we would never put on a pair. I even like them occasionally, & if I can manage to keep my balance, I even feel sexy when I wear them. But, I think for most of us, we can't physically wear them 24/7. Hell, even if I didn't have problems with my feet, I would sure look funny slinging 80lb cases of meat when I throw my freight. Adapted from a Meatloaf song | |
