I find the pain a bit much too when it isn't and I found that it tends to almost feel like a ripping sensation when he forced his hand in. The first time you get the fist in though is powerful and may take many hours for you to relax into it. I know a couple of Doms around here who do the fist first then go in, and that sounds quite yummy BTW, but if you are just learning to take it, go the first way.

I took the pop top dasani bottle http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v204/t-rat/60566dfa.jpg washed, and lubed it. when I was sitting around watching tv *alone*, i would take the bottle, tapered end first and actually sit on it. (be sure it's sealed so as not to cause a vaccumme) I'd spend an hr or 2 a day just exhurting light pressure against the bottle. I knelt so that i could control the force. Extended *gentle* pressure is the key. Pop in a good movie and just let your vaginal muscles get used to something inside. I liked to mark my progress with a perminient marker on the side of the bottle. The way is to slowly over many sessions keep pushing your limits gently not roughly. Also the way you have your hand and fingers together is very important and use a slow twisting action. I know there must be one. what helped for me was laying on my side, with my knees drawn up, to not quite a fetal position. this greatly eased the pressure. and if the pain got to intense, then *R* would stop for a few moments so that i relaxed again. all of the other advice posted are acurate (IMO) also. | |

Yes he uses latex gloves and plenty of lube and knows what he is doing. However, I'm arriving into the thread a bit late and can pretty much only echo what everyone else said -- lotsa lube, keep the thumb down against the palm, don't curl fingers into a fist until they're in, go sloooooow, and yes, all vaginas are different sizes. The one other thing I'd recommend is trying it doggy-style, particularly if the sub keeps her shoulders all the way down to the bed or whatever she's lying on.
