I have not used this as a tool to winnow through all of the subs who were throwing themselves at my feet. The most successful relationship I have started here is at 79%. Other ones that worked for awhile very from 61% up to the mid 90's. So does anybody actually look at this tool, much less use it? | |

I ignore the persentage and look at the checklist comparatively as to what he likes, has done etc.. compared to what I like and want to try. I think the best way to get an idea of a persone is through their essays but I do look over the check list when someone sends me an email so I have an idea of who I'm responding to. United Kingdom 10,319 Posts | Never have paid any heed to stats driven by other people's arbitrary classifications of compatability of folks they don't know, nor what criteria those individuals use to assess their own needs regarding the attributes of others. To use a figure which could be based on just one or two answers rather than a completed checklist would be sheer folly, and i rarely look. The times i have, a lot of the people most "compatible" to me are the ones i would have avoided like the plague!

It can be very useful in seeing something that you absolutely must have and someone else isn't interested in it, I find it somewhat useful.
