They're if anything on the large side, and quite gnarled and bony. Pelvic exercises strengthen your vaginal muscles right? So it's reasonable to suppose that would make those muscles more extendable and less prone to damage whilst being fisted. Still, talk to a doctor about it if you want a medical explanation. I can only recount my own experience. I don't think any amount of exercise is going to help you enjoy fisting though.
