Especially if there is any hair between the skin and the adapter. I also use a bit of silicon lube (Analise Me is a good thickness) to form a tight seal. 500-700 mm Hg should produce the desired results in 20-30 minutes. I haven't noticed or heard of any long term effect on vulva, but nipples can be enlarged this way over time. About fucking time I changed this. | |
