Squirting occurs via g-spot stimulation. You must relax completely, and your partner must stimulate your g-spot properly. You lie down on your back with your knees bent and open. Have your partner kneel or stand with his/her body facing your feet. S/He's on your right side (if s/he's a rightie).

Okay, now (assuming s/he is rightie) have /her take the middle and ring finger of his right hand and insert them into your vagina. Using the instructions I gave above for how he could stimulate your g-spot, you can do exactly the same and make yourself squirt. Once I figured out what had to be manipulated, making myself squirt was easy. And you can use your fingers or a dildo, ladies choice.
